Join us for an indoor rowing seminar on November 3rd 2018. This course gives participants the opportunity to maximize skill and familiarity with the rowing machine, an important component of many CrossFit workouts. The two-hour course will be spent learning basic, intermediate, and advanced rowing form, and improving rowing technique for optimal power and efficiency. You will be gaining knowledge from Coach Aaron Varcasio. He has been involed with the sport of rowing as a athlete and coach since 1997.
