Join us for a rowing seminar this February. This course gives participants the opportunity to maximize skill and familiarity with the rowing machine, an important component of many CrossFit workouts. The 1.5 hour course will include an introduction of basic rowing technique and an explanation of the rower and its parts. Participants will be incorporating these new techniques into a few Metcons/Rowing intervals and will spend a lot of time on the rower to hone their skills.
